Safe Use is part of these Terms. Read Safe Use and Intended Use before using any Lumyra Lab product.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Kenaani Global LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Lumyra Lab (“Lumyra Lab”, “we”, “us”).
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, joining our waitlist, or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, including the Safe Use page, which forms an integral and material part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By ordering, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, articles, photography, illustrations, the Lumyra Lab wordmark and logo, page design and layout, is the property of Kenaani Global LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute any part of it without our prior written permission.
4. Products, availability and changes
Products displayed may be shown as “Coming Soon” and not yet available for purchase. Product descriptions, images, ingredient lists and stated concentrations reflect information supplied to us by our manufacturer and are subject to change before final launch without notice. Product photography is representative; final packaging may differ.
5. Pricing and errors
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.
6. Orders, payment and cancellation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; a contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. Payment is processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details. We may cancel or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, or where we cannot verify the delivery address.

9. Intended use, misuse and assumption of risk
You agree to use Lumyra Lab products only as directed, only on the face and neck, and only in accordance with the Safe Use page and the instructions supplied with the product.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Any use of a Lumyra Lab product on the genital, vulvar, perineal, anal, mucosal or breast area, or any other area excluded on the Safe Use page, is an unintended and expressly prohibited use.
- Such use is undertaken entirely at your own risk, against our clear and repeated written instruction.
- Lumyra Lab has no ability to control, supervise or prevent how a product is applied once it leaves our possession, and accepts no responsibility for harm arising from application to any area for which the product was not formulated.
- The same applies to use on broken or infected skin, use during pregnancy or breastfeeding contrary to the warnings given, use in combination with prescription treatments without medical advice, and use at a frequency greater than directed.
You further acknowledge that skincare products containing active ingredients carry an inherent risk of irritation even when used correctly, that individual skin responses vary, and that you assume that ordinary risk by choosing to use the product.
10. No medical advice
Lumyra Lab products are cosmetics. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this site, including the educational articles in the Learn section, constitutes medical or dermatological advice, and none of it replaces consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a skin condition, are under medical treatment, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a physician or dermatologist before use.
11. Regulatory statement
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular cosmetic result will be achieved.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenaani Global LLC, its members, officers and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the site or the products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the products or this site shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kenaani Global LLC, its members, officers, employees and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of any product, your use of a product on any area excluded on the Safe Use page, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and the products.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance.
