1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: email address, and name where the form requests it; and, if you purchase, your billing and shipping address, phone number and order details.
- Payment information: handled directly by Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use it
- To send waitlist confirmation and to notify you when products become available
- To process, fulfil and support your orders
- To send product education and brand updates, where you have opted in
- To operate, secure and improve the website
- To meet legal obligations, including cosmetic adverse-event record keeping
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functionality (such as keeping items in your cart) and, where enabled, for analytics. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner shown on the site, and through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
4. Service providers
We share limited information with providers who help us operate: Mailchimp, our email marketing platform; our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal; our hosting provider; and our shipping carriers. Each processes your information under its own privacy policy.
5. Retention
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
6. Your rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; note that we do not sell or share personal information
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, contact hello@lumyralab.com.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including SSL encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be flagged on the site.
