How to use
For external use on the face and neck only. Never apply to intimate areas, mucosal tissue, the eyes, broken skin, open wounds, active infection, or severe sunburn. Apply as directed. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a physician. Patch test recommended before first use. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from pets.

Do I have to use all six products?
No. The kit is designed as a whole, but each product works on its own. If you're starting from nothing, 01, 05 and a sunscreen make a complete routine.
Can I use 02 and 03 on the same day?
Morning and evening are four products each, and they are not the same four. 02 is a daytime antioxidant and 03 is an evening exfoliant, so the two never appear in the same routine.
Where does 06 fit?
Evening use only. Start with one night a week for the first two weeks, on completely dry skin. Damp skin increases penetration and increases irritation with it. Add a second night only once the first is uneventful, and keep 05 on those nights rather than skipping it. On a retinol night, use retinol. Not another retinoid, not benzoyl peroxide, and not an acid exfoliant, 03 included. 06 replaces 03 rather than joining it. Retinoids increase sun sensitivity, so daily sunscreen is not optional alongside them. Retinoids are not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding, speak to your physician before using any retinoid.
