How to use

Evening use only. Start with one night a week for the first two weeks, on completely dry skin. Add a second night only once the first is uneventful. Follow with moisturizer.

Damp skin increases penetration and increases irritation with it.

Keep 05 on those nights rather than skipping it.

On a retinol night, use retinol. This replaces 03 rather than joining it.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. NOT FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY OR WHILE BREASTFEEDING — consult your physician. Do not use with other retinoids, benzoyl peroxide or acid exfoliants. Retinoids increase sun sensitivity — daily sunscreen is essential. Dryness and flaking in the first weeks are normal. If irritation persists, reduce frequency. Keep out of reach of children.

For external use on the face and neck only. Avoid the eye area.

Retinoids are not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding, speak to your physician before using any retinoid.

Do not use with another retinoid, with benzoyl peroxide, with acid exfoliants, or with 03. Leave a night between.

Dryness, flaking and sensitivity in the first few weeks are the normal course of adjustment, not a sign the product is wrong. Intense stinging or severe flaking is, so reduce frequency.

Do I have to use all six products?

No. The kit is designed as a whole, but each product works on its own. If you're starting from nothing, 01, 05 and a sunscreen make a complete routine.

Can I use 02 and 03 on the same day?

Morning and evening are four products each, and they are not the same four. 02 is a daytime antioxidant and 03 is an evening step for tone and texture, so the two never appear in the same routine.

Where does 06 fit?
