One night a week for the first two weeks, on completely dry skin. Damp skin increases penetration and increases irritation with it.

Add a second night only once the first is uneventful. Keep 05 on those nights rather than skipping it.

On a retinol night, use retinol. This replaces 03 rather than joining it.

Retinoids are not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding, speak to your physician before using any retinoid.

Do not use with another retinoid, with benzoyl peroxide, or with acid exfoliants including 03. Leave a night between.

Retinoids increase sun sensitivity. Daily broad spectrum sunscreen is not optional alongside this.

Dryness, flaking and sensitivity in the first few weeks are the normal course of adjustment, not a sign the product is wrong. Intense stinging or severe flaking is — reduce frequency.

For external use on the face and neck only. Avoid the eye area.
