How to use
Apply a coin-sized amount to damp skin, massage in circular motions, then rinse with lukewarm water. Morning and night.
At night this is the step that removes sunscreen, makeup and the day. Everything that follows works better on genuinely clean skin.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children.

What to expect
Skin should feel comfortable rather than tight straight after washing. That tight feeling many people associate with being clean is the barrier being stripped, not a sign the cleanser worked.

Do I have to use all six products?
No. The kit is designed as a whole, but each product works on its own. If you're starting from nothing, 01, 05 and a sunscreen make a complete routine.
Can I use 02 and 03 on the same day?
Morning and evening are four products each, and they are not the same four. 02 is a daytime antioxidant and 03 is an evening step for tone and texture, so the two never appear in the same routine.
Where does 06 fit?
Evening use only. Start with one night a week for the first two weeks, on completely dry skin. Damp skin increases penetration and increases irritation with it. Add a second night only once the first is uneventful, and keep 05 on those nights rather than skipping it. On a retinol night, use retinol. Not another retinoid, not benzoyl peroxide, not an acid exfoliant, and not 03. 06 replaces 03 rather than joining it. Retinoids increase sun sensitivity, so daily sunscreen is not optional alongside them. Retinoids are not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding, speak to your physician before using any retinoid.
